IPS LANKA (PVT) LIMITED is a company specializing in Compliance Audits. It began operations in August 2011 as a joint venture between Independent Production Services Inc. of the USA and Sudath Perera Associates, a leading legal firm in Sri Lanka.
Independent Production Service Inc. is a subsidiary of L Brands and is engaged in global trade compliance for manufacturers of the parent company as well as external clients. The company has been in operation for over a decade working with clients to ensure that goods are sourced from factories which comply with acceptable compliance standards worldwide.
Sudath Perera Associates is a leading law firm in Sri Lanka established 11 years ago. It is a full service law firm which has an unrivalled Brand Protection Unit whose services are sought by many multi-national firms.
The two companies came together initially in their quest for better brand protection for the IPS Lanka Inc. clients, and thereby recognized the mutual synergies available in working as one unit in the broader area of compliance. Thus IPS LANKA was formed in August 2011.
The IPS Lanka client base constitutes a healthy mix on internal and external clients. Processes, procedures and systems are developed to ensure all proprietary information of each client is protected.
